Why Vermicelli ?

First things first – I have an obligation to all my readers why I chose ‘Vermicelli’ instead of any other name for this ‘hot n sour’ blog of mine ! hope this venture stays cool and interesting for anyone who stumbles upon here !

Here we go – the reasons lined up below ! readers are welcome to comment on the reasons why they like vermicelli (if at all ! )

  1. I like vermicelli for its unconventional  form – long thin thread like
  2. It goes good for both hot and spicy Vermicelli or hot and sweet ‘rice kheer’ (Payasam :)
  3. It is easy to cook, good to eat (atleast for me) – gives  Instant Karma to  this Constant Varma (oh good, I can be a good dialogue writer for tamil movies :)
